5S Program Implementation: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain
Reductions in work force, limited resources, the pressure to reduce lead-time
and the pressure to reduce costs have prompted many companies to actively
involve employees in projects aimed at minimizing waste and improving processes.
5S Program implementation is an inexpensive solution that will help to achieve
those goals.
Information conveyed during this workshop will provide students with knowledge
that can be used to make any organization a cleaner, safer, simpler and more
satisfying place to work. Students will learn the benefits of 5S implementation,
the 5S method and how to create conditions to sustain a 5S Program.
