Speaker biography:

Jane Marshall, MBA, GSCM, CPIM, Jonah Principal, BPS International

Jane is recognized internationally as a management consultant who gets the job done. She has more than 20 years of experience assisting companies with Lean methods; streamlining operations, reducing inventory, increasing turns, and eliminating of waste in their Supply Chains.

She has successfully implemented Lean in a variety of industries including communications, electronics, medical device, pharmaceuticals, wholesale food, military services, textile, furniture, and industrial commodities. Jane's success comes from the combination of best practice applications with internal resources training to provide for improvements that can be sustained.

Jane provides real world applications to students as an adjunct professor for UCSD Lean Enterprise program, Global Supply Chain Management program, and SDSU Operations Resource Management program. She has also lectured for APICS, ASQ, and SOLE in the Southwest US and Mexico.

Her education includes a MBA with Cal State San Marcos, Global Supply Chain certification from UCSD, CPIM certification with APICS, Jonah certification with the Goldratt Institute, and Lean training from Lean Institute of Canada.
