We
are what we repeatedly do.
Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit. --Aristotle
Abstract
One of the foremost Quality gurus of our time is Steven Covey. Much of what he teaches
is regarding improving our own personal work quality which relates to managing
change, habits, and time management. This subject is a wide ranging
subject that Karin will cover using tips and techniques from the literature as
well as those she has developed through teaching the subject to others.
Some of what
Karin will be covering has been known to be covered on at least the CQM and CQE
certification exams.
If you are able
to save only 12 additional minutes of your time per day as a result of this
workshop, you will be one hour ahead at the end of the week, or the equivalent
of a half day of your time per month ... what's that worth to you?
Testimony
This past January
Karin really opened my eyes to this wide ranging subject after I thought I knew
it. I was so impressed that I asked her to give us the best of her ~30
hour course that she gave to us at Delta Design. We took her several
hundred slides and rated each one of them, then took all the best ones such that
what you will see is condensed but the best of the best slides. I highly
recommend you attend this workshop. Sincerely, Kim
Niles, Section officer, MSQA, CQE.
