Lean Six-Sigma Black-Belt Workshop

Learn how to lead and facilitate a Lean

Six-Sigma implementation in your company.

  • Have you implemented Lean in your organization and continue to produce defects?

  • Have you implemented Six-Sigma or other quality improvements but are not satisfied with the slow throughput, long cycle times and excess inventories?
