Keith Boyle,
CIRM, P.E., MBA, is an internationally recognized performance
professional and principal consultant/founder of Quality & Productivity
Resources He has spent over twenty-five years working with manufacturing
and high-tech organizations in North America, Asia and Europe -
dramatically improving their quality and productivity.
He frequently speaks for ASQ and APICS in the US and Mexico on various
advanced quality and lean initiatives. He is an ASQ Certified Six-Sigma
Black-Belt and a Certified Lean/Six-Sigma Master Black-Belt. He has
trained and coached hundreds of Black-Belts and Green-Belts and
facilitated successful Six-Sigma and Lean deployments at many US and
International organizations.
Leonard Perry.
PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Industrial & Systems Engineering
at the University of San Diego. He earned his PhD in Industrial
Engineering in the area of Quality Improvement at Arizona State
University, His research interests are in the area of applied statistics,
statistical process control and design of experiments. Dr. Perry consults,
instructs and collaborates on quality improvement projects with
representatives from biotech, healthcare, defense and traditional
manufacturing operations. He is a certified Six-Sigma Master Black-Belt
and an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.
